Mr. Achey is a Labor Relations Staff Member of Mountain States Employers Council, Inc. (MSEC), a comprehensive resource for employers in the areas of employment and labor law, human resources, surveys and training. He has worked with MSEC members through his 31 years as a labor relations/employment law attorney in successfully avoiding union petitions during organizing attempts, winning elections in union campaigns, negotiating collective bargaining agreements and representing employers in grievance arbitration. Prior to coming to MSEC Mr. Achey worked in the financial industry. He has his BA from the Pennsylvania State University, and his MBA and Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver School of Law. He is a member of the Colorado Bar.
