Speakers 2010: Vinita A. Biddle, CEBS
Ms. Biddle is the Benefits Program Strategist for the Colorado Department of Personnel & Administration. In this role, she recommends benefits plan design and funding and advises on benefits policy and management of contracts for benefits products and services for the State’s classified employees. Ms. Biddle has been a Fellow of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists since 2002 and completed coursework in value-purchasing in 2006. In 2008 she was named a Fellow of the Center for Health Value Innovation for championing value-based benefits for state employees. She is currently a member of the Executive Board for the Colorado Business Group on Health, a member of the CIVHC Payment Reform Advisory Group and will represent Department of Personnel & Administration on the newly formed All-Payor Claims Database Advisory Group.
