Breastfeeding Coordinator, Prevention Services Division, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment
Mrs. Dellaport is the Breastfeeding Coordinator at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Prevention Services Division where she coordinates breastfeeding promotion, education, and support services for the WIC Program, programs funded through MCH block grants, and CDC physical activity and nutrition grants. For the past 13 years she has served as a nutrition consultant for the Colorado WIC Program, and for the last 7 years, her role has included serving as the Program’s Breastfeeding Coordinator. She is a past Chair of the Colorado Breastfeeding Coalition and as a current member has been active in projects to improve workplace accommodations for nursing mothers.
