Senior Associate, Mercer
Ms. Esselman is a Senior Associate with Mercer and has responsibilities focused on the design, marketing, implementation, and maintenance of a variety of benefit plan styles. She directs and handles support for a variety of client service issues, advice on Health & Welfare regulatory and compliance concerns, and strategic long-range planning of client’s benefits programs. Ms. Esselman recently joined Mercer after 7 years working for Mountain States Employers Council where she advised, counseled and trained employers in all facets of human resources specializing in benefits and compensation. She has over 12 years of HR Management experience in a variety of industries including, wholesale/retail, publishing, telecom and investment banking. Ms. Esselman currently sits on the employer task force for the Colorado Physical Activity and Nutrition Program and is a frequent guest lecturer and speaker. She was also a member of the Board of Directors for the Business Health Forum and served on the Business Task Force for the Blue Ribbon Commission for Healthcare Reform.
