Ms. Lindenbaum has been working in Employee Benefits for over 10 years in various organizations and industries from software to mining. She has been with Intrepid Potash, Inc. for 2 years. Her focus with Intrepid Potash, Inc. has been on managing the Health & Wellness Programs aimed at improving the health of the employees while maintaining health care costs. Ms. Lindenbaum focuses on fully integrating the Wellness Program with all aspects of the company’s HealthCounts Benefits program by working strategically with multiple vendors.
